A: Date of pickup, flight number and arrival time, # of passengers, drop off address, last name and a good cell number.
Q: When should we make our reservation? Do you do last minute trips?
A: Please make your reservations as far in advance as possible. We are not able to do last minute trips (<24hrs notice)
Q: Where do we get picked up at the airport?
A: When you land, please come straight down the escalator and meet your driver at the visitor's desk right in front of you. They will have a sign with your name on it. Then you can use the restrooms and we'll help get your baggage and get you to your location!
Q: Is our ride private? Will we be riding with strangers?
A: Your ride is private. You and your family will be the only passengers with your driver.
Q: What happens if our flight comes in early?
A: We will be tracking your flight but you may have to wait until your scheduled pickup time. If this happens, we ask that you get your luggage and meet your driver at the visitor's desk. You will have your driver's number and they will have yours.
Q: What happens if our flight is delayed?
A: If your flight is delayed for less than an hour, you probably won't notice any difference in your pickup. If the airline delays your trip for more than an hour, you could possibly experience a small delay in being picked up. We can't control airline delays, but we will do our best to make your ride stress-free and comfortable.
Q: How and when do we pay for our trip?
A: You can pay your driver with cash or credit card when we drop you off. Some last minute, longer trips and larger group trips may require a deposit, which can be paid through the deposit button on this site if we tell you one is required. Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows and cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled trip.
Q: Can you take our group to dinner, shopping or to a marina for a fishing trip?
A: No. We currently only do airport trips. You need to contact a local taxi company for those types of trips. We can recommend someone for you.
Q: Can we bring our dog or cat with us?
A: Yes. Pets in a carrier are no charge. Dogs not in a carrier are $10. All cats must be in a carrier. Please let us know when you make your reservation.
Q: Can we eat or drink in your vehicles?
A: Bottled waters are fine, but we don't allow any food or snacks to be consumed in our vehicles.
